CPI AE has a modern repair and service centre in Athens, in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with a broad range of diagnostic and repair equipment. Given the extensive experience of our highly qualified staff, together with on-going new product training and spare parts availability, we are able to ensure fast and reliable repair of equipment.

On site
This service enables clients encountering technical difficulties to request a visit from a company technician at their premises to resolve the problem on site. To schedule a visit from one of our technical staff, or for any other related information you may require, please contact our technical support department.

Warranty Periods
Support for CPI products is provided during and after the product's warranty period.
- Contracts
The conditions under which services are provided to our customers are determined by the contracts drawn up between CPI and our clients. In addition, we also service customer requests arising outside of contracts on a call by call basis.
