Adoption of Corporate Governance Code

Adoption by the company CPI AE of the Greek Code of Corporate Governance of the HCGC

On 07/09/2021, the Board of Directors of CPI A.E. held a meeting. with the sole issue of the adoption by the company of the Corporate Governance Code in compliance with the relevant obligation as reflected in Law 4706/2021. Subsequently, the adoption by the company of the Hellenic Code of Corporate Governance was approved, which has been prepared by a body of recognized prestige as specified in Decision No. 2/905/03.03.2021 of the Board of Directors. of the Capital Market Commission (EC), i.e., by the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council.
