IT Support Field Engineer

Are you curious and on the lookout for new software, updates and especially with Microsoft? You spontaneously enjoy helping office workers and managers by providing excellent user support. Are you recognized for your excellent customer service and your ease in finding solutions to the problems you are asked?

You provide technical support and assistance to computer users. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and network problems users encounter.

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, analyze and problem solving of networks and IT equipment (Hardware / Software), computers and peripheral devices
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Test new technology
  • Technical support and provision of training for CPI customers, either at our headquarters or at the customer's headquarters

 What we expect from you  

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Computing/ Engineering
  • Strong knowledge at LAN-WAN networks and services, Access points, PBX, Routers, Switches (CCNA certification would be great)
  • 2 years working experience in the above role
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Ability to stick to strict deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize 
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of English language
